What You’ll Do
- Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and confidently.
- Inspect your work along the way to ensure it meets our quality standards.
- Communicate any material shortages, defects, or issues quickly to keep production moving.
- Keep production and quality documentation up to date and accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the proper protective equipment.
- Look for ways to improve processes and contribute ideas to our continuous improvement culture.
- Collaborate with your teammates to hit production goals and keep customers happy.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.Assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we’ll provide training for motivated individuals.Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.Mechanical aptitude with confidence using tools and equipment.Strong focus on detail, quality, and doing the job right.Great communication skills and a team-first mindset.Reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.We’re committed to building a team of hands-on problem solvers who are eager to grow, contribute, and make a difference.
