Assembler (Mechanical) – $21 / hour

Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift | Onsite

About the Role

We’re looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll build high-quality mechanical assemblies using blueprints, hand tools, and standard work instructions. You’ll work in a team-oriented, lean manufacturing environment that values precision, safety, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and test mechanical and pneumatic subassemblies
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions
• Use hand and power tools, grinders, and finishing tools
• Identify and report non-conforming parts (complete NCRs as needed)
• Document serial numbers, lot numbers, and revisions for quality tracking
• Support continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing initiatives
• Occasionally assist with wiring, plumbing, or light TIG welding
• Follow all shop safety practices and wear appropriate PPE
