The role you'll contribute : Responsible for coordinating caring for facility grounds to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role coordinates the work duties of other groundskeepers to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition, this position ensures compliance with safety standards and regulations. Contributes to the overall maintenance and operational efficiency of the facility.

The value you'll bring to the team : Coordinates pruning of trees and trims hedges to promote growth and improve appearance. Coordinates fertilizing, pesticides, and other chemicals to lawns and plants to ensure healthy growth. Coordinates removal or weeds, debris, and litter from grounds to keep the area clean and tidy. Coordinates install, maintains, and repairs irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : Required qualifications : High School Grad or Equiv, 5 Work Experience, Driver's License (DL) Valid Colorado.
