CarNow is hiring an Account Manager to support dealership partners across the Syracuse and Albany, NY territories. This is a customer-facing, consultative role focused on retention, product adoption, and long-term client success within automotive digital retailing.

Manage a dedicated book of 75–120 dealership accounts across Syracuse and Albany territories
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership partners
Lead in-person and virtual onboarding, launch, and training sessions
Conduct pre-live audits and ensure accounts are fully configured for success
Deliver ongoing refresh training for dealership personnel
Maintain strong customer relationships to meet monthly retention goals
Conduct regular dealer touchpoints (45-day cadence)
Deliver strategic account reviews (90-day cadence), including:
Product performance metrics
ROI and usage insights
Opportunities for optimization and growth
Provide backend configuration support and troubleshoot technical issues within SLA
Coordinate with internal teams on upsells, dealer changes, and account updates
Document all activity in HubSpot CRM
Travel regularly within the assigned territory (up to 75% monthly)
Automotive SaaS or automotive digital retailing experience (required)
Dealership-facing account management, sales, or support background
Strong understanding of chat, digital retailing, or dealership technology platforms
Confident communicator with strong presentation and relationship skills
Highly organized and self-motivated
Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
