Title : Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant

Location : Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a Senior WMS Systems Analyst with expertise in Manhattan Associates Active WMS to join our team. This role will focus on supporting logistics execution functions, especially in warehousing and transportation , with an initial emphasis on Manhattan Active WMS and Oracle TMS . The scope covers Inbound Logistics , Replenishment Logistics , and Distribution Logistics on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise implementation , solution architecture , and deployment of Manhattan WMS across distribution centers (DCs).

Design end-to-end logistics solutions in the Order-to-Delivery space, covering distribution, warehousing, transportation, and trade compliance.

Facilitate functional and technical discussions with stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of WMS with e-Commerce, ERP, TMS, and third-party vendor tools.

Oversee projects by performing relevant analyses, simulating processes, configuring warehouse management solutions, and implementing automation to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

Support the Logistics Execution function for inbound, replenishment, and distribution operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven track record in delivering at least two large-scale IT systems implementations as a WMS Manhattan Solutions Lead in distribution and logistics.

Direct experience implementing supply chain distribution technology solutions using Manhattan WMS and TMS / ERP systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder).

Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS functionalities including :

Intelligent Fulfillment

Warehouse Controls

Order Management

Inbound & Outbound Processing

Physical Inventory & Cycle Counting

RF Transactions

Manhattan System Integrations

Knowledge of TMS tactical planning and optimization, freight procurement, load design, routing / scheduling, appointment scheduling, multimodal shipping, intermodal and rail, and multi-carrier parcel management.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to lead teams in fast-paced, complex environments.

Experience with various phases of SDLC and Agile methodologies .
