Management Specialist 4

With limited supervision, performs basic to highly complex consulting analyses to support client business needs. Coordinates the collection of data to support consulting analyses. Prepares sections of management consulting reports. Contacts clients to collect or review initial datasets. Organizes project review sessions. Provides project status updates to clients. Performs basic administrative activities.

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree. 5 years of related experience. Domestic and / or international travel may be required.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience as a training specialist, online and in-person. Experience with Learning Management Systems, designing layout, UX, graphics, and content creation. Experienced in working with the MBTA on their Safety Management Systems.
