Job descriptionAn emergency medicine physician is needed to become an independent contractor with a partnership track All are BC EM and EM trained The group staffs four facilities and you would rotate through them Two of the four are free standing and EMR is EPIC Volumes range from 12K-50K There are three partnership track options all are 1099 with medical malpractice covered and include $40K signing / starting bonus from the hospital The three options for pay are 1) $200 / hour for 3060 hours then 100% profit sharing; 2) $235 / hour for 3060 hours but profit sharing 33% / 66% in years 3 / 4; $265 / hour for 6120 hours then 100% profit sharing. Average partner hourly (some RVU component and nocturnist differential) has been $360-440 / hour The area is a progressive, active Big Ten University community with a great mix of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
