The firm employs approximately 1,100 lawyers from more than 50 countries.

Since 1946 our lawyers and staff have worked across practices, industries, jurisdictions and continents to provide clients with simple, actionable approaches to their most complex legal and business challenges, whether domestic or international. We support every client relationship with intellectual agility, commercial acumen and a human touch.

The Inclusion and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting departmental operations through event planning, administrative support, and internal communications assistance. This role offers exposure to firmwide programs focused on inclusion and culture. The Coordinator will support the implementation of effective strategies to enhance community education, participation, system evaluations, and internal communications, aiming to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.

  • Support team with personnel information analysis for reporting purposes, contributing to transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Manage I&C content on internal and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Engage in community outreach and partnerships, amplifying the firm's I&C efforts beyond the workplace.
  • Proactively develop creative and strategic ways for affinity and professional staff groups to build community, develop professionally, and raise the profile of their members internally and externally.
  • Register and track attorney participation for industry inclusion-focused conferences.
  • Process sponsorship and travel expenses.
  • Monitor trends and innovations related to inclusion and culture in the legal profession and other professional services firms to identify and develop new initiatives, approaches, and programs related to recruitment, retention, development, and advancement of women and diverse lawyers.
  • Support Senior I&C Global Manager in collaborating with Attorney Development, Learning & Development, Well-Being, Legal Recruiting, Human Resources teams, and Practice Groups to address training needs, develop curricula, and implement programs to maximize the effectiveness and incorporation of inclusion and culture throughout the firm.
  • Assist in ad hoc team and I&C talent projects as needed.
