The Oracle Solutions Architect is the visionary director behind Regal’s Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. From ERP to HCM, Payroll to OCI, this role ensures every module plays its part in an award-winning performance. Like a master of continuity on a blockbuster set, the Architect keeps our global systems seamless, compliant, and ready for a long theatrical run. Partnering with business leaders, IT crews, and implementation partners, this role delivers a transformation worthy of a standing ovation.

What will you be doing?

• You’ll design the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture — think of yourself as the set designer making sure every scene fits perfectly.
• You’ll translate business scripts (requirements) into scalable Oracle solutions that work across multiple countries.
• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and vendors like a producer keeping all departments on the same storyline.
• You’ll champion Oracle best practices so our systems don’t just run — they shine under the spotlight.
