Payroll Services Manager

We are looking for a Payroll Services Manager to lead payroll operations at Sonos as part of our Global Business Services (GBS) function. This role will oversee the delivery of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across our international footprint. The Payroll Services Manager will drive process efficiency, governance, and continuous improvement, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure a seamless payroll experience for our employees worldwide. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a global environment and is passionate about building world-class global payroll operations. This role will initially report to the Chief Accounting Officer and transition to the Sr. Director, Global Business Services over the next 6-12 months.

The base pay range for this role based on geographic location is : $129,000 and $161,800. The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low-cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range.
