Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant - Consultant

The Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant requires deep experience in data definitionparameters and mapping and has SAP certification on ECC 6.0 (FI/CO, MM, SD). This individual will be responsible for the following activitiesto gain an understanding on the state of SAP implementations:

• Conductinginterviews with key leaders and with various stakeholder groups
• Assessingprocesses and data requirements, including integration architecture, interfacespecifications, support requirements, and issues with these systems, processesand data requirements
• Assessing/evaluatingcritical areas of financial, operational and compliance risk and managementcontrols associated with the above stated business processes
• Reviewingexisting policies and procedures
• Conductingassessment workshops
• Conductingvalidation meeting/workshop

Thisindividual must be hands-on and able to get into the details of SAPimplementation project while maintaining the broader business goals andobjectives. The Sr. SAP DeliveryConsultant must be able to balance between understanding the holistic visionand implementing SAP within an organization.

Therole of Sr. SAP Delivery Consultant is a contract position, offers competitivecompensation and may require weekly travel. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company. Applicantsbased in Atlanta or the Southeast would be preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7-10 years business project management experience
• Current SAP Certification on ECC 6.0 (FI/CO, MM, SD)
• Demonstrated experience with Field Definition Parameters and Field Mapping
• Information Technology perspective - need to understand the full SDLC
• Business Operations perspective - need to understand the operational impacts of process improvements and SAP implementations

Responsibilities:

• Conductinginterviews with key leaders and with various stakeholder groups

• Assess whether the current activities are aligned to reach the desired outcomes
• Assessing/evaluatingcritical areas of financial, operational and compliance risk and managementcontrols associated with the above stated business processes
• Reviewingexisting policies and procedures
• Conductingassessment workshops
• Conductingvalidation meeting/workshop
• Perform a gap analysis
• Identify & Prioritize Recommendations / Opportunities for Improvement
• Identify key risks to the project's success, and recommend actions to mitigate these risks
• Develop the roadmap to attain improvements
