Job Overview

Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment throughout the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Oversees process maintenance to minimize mechanical downtime and ensure maximum efficiency of production lines.

Salary Range

California Salary Range : $100,000 - $124,000

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and food safety standards are always met, participating in safety training and promoting a safety culture.
• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation for high performance.
• Coordinate with Production for timely maintenance scheduling and repairs.
• Maintain KPIs to track maintenance performance including equipment reliability and OEE.
• Provide troubleshooting support and long-term solutions for operational issues.
• Train staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Keep accurate maintenance and inventory records.
• Report regularly to management on maintenance status.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance jobs, ensuring proper resources and skills are available.
• Control job execution quality, duration, and costs, overseeing work in progress.
• In absence of key personnel, ensure responsibilities are delegated and completed.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
