Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Call Requirement : Rotating call schedule (approx. one day every other week and one weekend call shift per month; subject to unit needs)

Compensation

Estimated weekly salary : $1680 - $1720

Surgical Technician Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technician (Operating Room experience preferred)

NBSTSA Certification required

Current BLS certification

Ability to participate in rotating call schedule

Surgical Tech Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures

Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments

Handle and care for surgical instruments and equipment

Support patient safety and infection control standards

Respond to call shifts as assigned by the unit

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
