Job Position Description :
Are you a compassionate and resourceful individual dedicated to helping families thrive? We're seeking a Data & Reporting Supervisor for our Head Start Program. You'll take the lead in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and impact of program data that drives meaningful outcomes for children and families in the Head Start program. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with leadership to translate data into action, ensure compliance with federal and state standards, and help shape the future of high-quality early childhood services. The salary rate for this position is set at $1,200 per week.
Abbreviated Duties List :
- Responsible for the maintenance and proper functionality of ChildPlus and other information systems as assigned.
- Work with program managers to ensure staff training in data systems and access of staff to appropriate information systems.
- Provide standard and custom reports to funders, regional partners and Community Action Head Start management.
- Maintain and update program Policies and Procedures, and forms, related to data systems, including Opening Entry, Closing Entry, and PIR processes.
- Assist in preparation of the annual grant work plan and narrative by providing data, charts, and formatting support. Coordinate document collection, deadlines, and final formatting for submission.
- Coordinate family, staff, and program surveys by updating survey tools, collecting and analyzing data, and sharing findings with program leadership. Serve as the point of contact for additional program surveys such as Policy Council or training evaluations.
- Lead and coordinate annual and ongoing reporting processes, including the Program Information Report (PIR), OPK, and monthly HSES submissions. Collaborate with component leads to gather, verify, and ensure accurate, complete, and timely data for federal, state, and other grant reporting requirements.
- Coordinate the development of the program's Annual Report by collecting component input, refining and formatting content, and submitting the final report for inclusion with the grant and organization publication.
Abbreviated Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Management, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Education : Minimum of two years experience in detailed data management and reporting.Advanced proficiency in technology tools such as Microsoft Office applications, databases, spreadsheets (including formulas and tables), charting, SharePoint, etc.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks of competing priority with accuracy.Ability to work independently and produce quality work products under tight timelines.Must be able to successfully pass applicable background and Oregon Central Background Registry checks prior to new hire processing and beginning actual employment.Completion of appropriate Fit for Duty and TB Testing according to Head Start regulations prior to date of hire.What Will Make You Stand Out :
