As an Airport Law Enforcement Officer in Lihue, HI , you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, its travelers, and airport operations. This is an armed security position, you are commissioned to the airport as a Law Enforcement / Airport Police Officer. Candidates must have completed a recognized law enforcement training academy and possess verifiable prior experience. This position is not a training program for individuals seeking to become law enforcement officers.

Position Type : Full Time - Morning Shift

Pay Rate : $28.86 with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Minimum Qualifications (NO EXCEPTIONS) :

To be considered, all applicants must meet the following criteria :

• 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level)
• Must provide valid and verifiable credentials at the time of application
