Accounts Payable / Receivable (AP / AR) Specialist

We are a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing company committed to operational excellence and innovation. As we expand, we’re seeking a detail-driven AP / AR Specialist to join our finance team and help streamline our accounting operations.

Role Overview

The AP / AR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processes, with a strong focus on 3-way invoice matching, vendor reconciliation, and customer billing. This role requires advanced proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices using 3-way matching (PO, invoice, receiving)
• Manage daily AP and AR transactions, including coding, posting, and payment processing
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain accurate records of payments, credits, and adjustments
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Collaborate with purchasing, receiving, and production teams to ensure invoice accuracy
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for reporting and analysis
• Work within ERP systems to manage workflows, approvals, and data integrity
• Support audits and compliance initiatives with organized documentation

We offer a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment, including :

Salary between $52,000-$65,000 annually

Pay Details : $52,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
