Join a high-performing Product Development (PD) Reporting & Finance team within a leading off-price retailer. As a Financial Analyst , you'll drive financial clarity by managing quarter-close reporting processes, building scalable reporting tools, and collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic business decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to modernize financial reporting workflows, automate dashboards, and enhance efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and evolve quarter-close financial reporting for Apparel, Home, and Accessories divisionsPresent financial insights to senior leadership, effectively telling the story behind the numbersTransition reporting from quarterly to a streamlined month-end cadenceMaintain and enhance tools for planned vs. actuals, currency exchange, tariffs, and cost savingsPartner with the team to transition static reports into interactive Power BI dashboardsBuild and manage financial models for scenario planning and what-if analysisDevelop reports for budgeting, headcount, and other key business metricsCollaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Sourcing, Merchandising, IT, and Corporate FinanceDocument and standardize processes via SOPs, flow charts, and reference guidesChampion automation and process improvements for scalability and efficiencyRequired Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business5-7 years of relevant business / financial analysis experienceStrong ability to communicate and simplify financial concepts for non-financial audiencesHighly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven in fast-paced environmentsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint skillsExpertise in Power BI for dashboard design, data modeling, and visualizationStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience handling large datasetsNice-to-Have Experience :
Relational database skills (SQL or similar)Experience in retail, product development, or operations-focused financeProven history of leading continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills :
