Key Responsibilities

• Install and replace residential air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems, ensuring first-time code compliance and smooth startups
• Stage jobs, use tools (electrical testers, gauges, hand/power tools), and sign off checklists for efficient operations
• Communicate with customers on-site, explain maintenance benefits, and perform preventive work to extend system life
• Organize inventory, troubleshoot issues (furnaces, heat pumps, wiring), and collaborate independently or in teams

Requirements

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience; basic plumbing and sheet metal fabrication a plus
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver's license with clean record; own tools; pass drug screen (strict drug-free policy for safety)
• Honest, dependable, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving and integrity

Compensation $23$27/hour + commissions for high earning potential.
