Job Title : Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Supervisor to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role involves overseeing a small team and ensuring smooth daily operations as we ship products directly to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 4-5 individuals, ensuring efficient workflow and team coordination.
• Arrive two hours earlier to prepare and batch pack-outs, setting up the team for the day.
• Manage the shipping of products such as noodles, dumplings, and sauces directly to consumers.
• Oversee inventory and packaging processes.
• Participate in loading activities and ensure accuracy in shipping and receiving.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 / hr.
