Our client, a leading Retail & Manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist (Windows & MAC) to join their dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the IT department supporting a diverse user base. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive support for Windows and Mac systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with hardware and software issues across the office environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
• Support enterprise applications and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SCCM, and other productivity applications.
