We are seeking a skilled Assistant General Counsel with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience to join our Office of General Counsel (OGC) and support our firm across our Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California offices. Expertise in professional conduct rules, particularly conflicts of interest, is essential. Experience in a full-service law firm and proficiency with Intapp Conflicts and Risk software are strongly preferred. This is a full-time hybrid position, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in one of our office locations.

The Requirements : As an Assistant General Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting our OGC by providing proactive legal guidance on conflicts, ethics, and risk management. You will work closely with attorneys, conflicts analysts, and firm staff, contributing to process improvements and firmwide risk education.
