Now Hiring : Project Scheduler
The Project Scheduler will manage and refine project timelines, conduct site visits to assess progress, and collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals. This role supports Lean and Pull Planning sessions and ensures schedules align with pull plan results. The Scheduler will also prepare various reports for assigned projects and add resource and cost loading to collaboratively created schedules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress.
- Create and refine project schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project alignment with goals.
- Support Lean and Pull Planning sessions to align schedules with pull plan results.
- Prepare a variety of reports for assigned projects.
- Add resource and cost loading to schedules as required.
- Provide planning and scheduling support to operations, marketing, and other functions.
- Consider market and regional information, including seasonal weather patterns, materials markets, and labor forces, in project schedules.
- Participate in pursuit opportunities with business development and the project team.
Essential Skills
5+ years planning and scheduling experience, preferably on data center or large commercial projects valued at $40 million or more.Proficiency in Primavera P6.Construction scheduling and management expertise.Project scheduling and management skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to produce detailed critical path analysis for problem projects.Capability to perform root cause analysis for issues.Experience assisting project teams in schedule sequencing and construction methods.Knowledge of project delays, impacts, alternate work plans, and recovery schedules.Experience in facilitating planning and scheduling training for team members.Work Environment
The position is based onsite at an SLN data center site in the Midwest, with Omaha serving as the regional headquarters. The work environment is aligned with a national construction management company that leads the market in data center projects.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
