We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technicians to join our growing team in our Warm Springs location. As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and accurate manufacturing of our diamond wafers. You will be responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring adherence to safety and production standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, computer literacy, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Any of the following titles may be given at the time of hire : Production Technician, Laser Technician, TDL Technician or Surface Finishing Technician.
This role will work Graveyard for either our Thursday-Saturday alt. every other Wednesday shift or Sunday-Tuesday alt. every other Wednesday shift. Graveyard shift is 6 : 00pm-6 : 00am. This shift will earn a 12.5% shift differential.
Responsibilities
Equipment Operation & Maintenance : Operating machinery, performing basic troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment according to safety and procedural guidelines.
Assembly & Quality Control : Assembling products to specifications, conducting quality checks, and documenting production data.
Material Handling & Workplace Organization : Safely moving materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety protocols.
Documentation & Data Entry : Accurately recording production data, utilizing computer systems for tracking, and maintaining logs.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement : Collaborating with team members, following instructions, and participating in initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Possessing prior experience in a manufacturing setting, with technical or vocational training being a plus.
Demonstrating the ability to operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and interpret technical documents.
Exhibiting strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality standards, and the ability to perform inspections.
Being able to lift heavy objects, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Possessing basic computer proficiency, including data entry and software navigation, along with effective communication and teamwork skills.
$25 - $37 an hour
