Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of finance or accounting leadership in hospitality or multi-unit operations Strong understanding of GAAP principles, P&L ownership, and variance analysis Proficiency in financial systems; experience with Restaurant365 (R365) strongly preferred Skilled communicator who can simplify financial concepts for non-financial operators Service-minded, proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Lead monthly close process and prepare P&Ls by concept and consolidated group Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing key financial trends and performance drivers Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership and operations Oversee labor, COGS, and prime cost tracking, identifying risks and improvement opportunities Maintain data integrity, manage reconciliations, and ensure timely tax filings and compliance
