Job descriptionCollaborate with the Product Development team to ensure accuracy and completeness of Deliver all artwork on time while adhering to brand guidelines and standards for both Prepare and verify all production files before they are sent to factories. Participate in quarterly shopping trips to gather inspiration and market insights. Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize new product developments. Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field. 5+ years of experience in designing plush, soft accessories and baby / children's products. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop / Illustrator. Ability to create 3D renderings Strong skills in creating original prints and incorporating personal artwork into designs.
