  • The Role :

    Are you passionate about food science and meat products? Do you thrive in hands-on environments? If so, this is your chance to play a key role in our R&D team — supporting everything from initial testing to plant trials. You'll gain invaluable experience working on real-world challenges in a fast-paced yet supportive setting.

    What You'll Do :

  • Assist with tastings, sample preparations, and clean-up, ensuring every detail is perfect.
  • Support formulation and testing of meat-based products.
  • Document and organize samples, labels, and data to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with production to run samples, collect data, and analyze outcomes.
  • Operate and maintain our state-of-the-art test kitchen equipment, replicating processing conditions.
  • Learn critical attributes such as yields, water activity, and cooking losses in meat processing.
  • Help ensure our R&D kitchen remains clean, safe, and organized — a true hub of innovation.
  • Who You Are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Culinary Science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience working with meat or in meat processing environments (internships, co-ops, or jobs).
  • Knowledge of USDA regulations and best practices a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • A clear communicator comfortable working with cross-functional teams (QA, Ops, Sales).
  • Passionate about food safety, sanitation, and quality.
