Details / Requirements :

Start November and ongoing throughout 2026

Full-time 3-4 days per week, OR, 1 week on / 1 week off with another physician.

Outpatient clinic hours 8am-4 : 30pm.

Average 12-14 patients per day.

Support : NP, RN, MA

No call

Board Certified required

Active IMLC / LOQ or active Pennsylvania license

EPIC

Credentialing can take just 30 days with clear med-mal history
