Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

8+ years of scheduler experience on large EPC / energy projects (P6 proficiency),

Strong command of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and performance metrics like CPI and SPI.

Expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.

Strong knowledge of project controls, reporting, and construction lifecycle in the power sector.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
