Job Description :
We’re looking for a (Human) Member of Technical Staff specializing in backend engineering. We’re seeking sharp engineers who value high-quality code, thrive in collaborative teams, and are excited by rapid innovation.
Job Responsibilities :
Design and build backend APIs and services that power our AI agents and operations tooling
Ship user-facing features end-to-end (from data model to API to UI)
Improve reliability, observability, and performance across the stack
Collaborate closely with design, ops, and risk / compliance to ship safe, compliant features
Write tests, enforce code quality, and participate in design / review discussions
Help evolve our engineering standards and product development process
Minimum Qualifications :
At least 2 years of full time professional, non-internship experience in full-stack or backend engineering
Experience with backend development (Python, Go)
Strong code quality habits (testing, reviews, docs) and a product mindset
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in FinTech, Risk Management, or Compliance is beneficial but not mandatory
Experience with LLM / AI-powered products, event-driven systems, or data pipelines
Security, privacy, and auditing best practices
Bonus points if you were an ex-founder
Compensation Range : $150K - $250K
