AVP, Production

We are seeking a highly organized, meticulous, and results-driven AVP, Production to manage the workflow and operations of our fast-paced internal creative agency. This leadership role is central to ensuring the smooth, efficient, and timely execution of all creative requests across the organization, which span Consumer, B2B, Internal Communications, and Investor Relations initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, possesses a keen eye for detail, and will play a critical role in supporting our high-profile partnerships, including being the Official Mortgage Supporter of Team USA and the LA28 Games. You must have a proven ability to optimize processesincluding the integration of new AI capabilitiesto drive increased volume and efficiency.
The AVP, Creative Operations & Production will :
- Workflow and Operations Management
- Own the lifecycle of all jobs and creative requests. Act as the primary point person for intake, routing, and delivery
- Manage, monitor, and enforce strict utilization of our internal tracking system (e.g., Asana, Workfront, etc.)
- Implement and manage efficient workflows. Identify and mitigate bottlenecks
- Develop, maintain, and communicate accurate timelines and production schedules
- Liaison between creative teams and marketing personnel, to bring creative concepts into actionable production
- Assist in the coordination of creative contracts and related agreements
- Support the tracking and processing of creative vendor invoices and monitoring creative project budgets
- Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Proactively support the Digital Asset Management system for creative assets. Build out workflows and create processes and procedures for creative asset organization
- Streamline the intake, in-process management, and archival of all creative project files and assets
- Quality & Resources Control
- Maintain strict attention to detail across all materials and processes. Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and accuracy in all final deliverables
- Monitor and track creative project budgets
- Manage agency resources, including internal staff and external vendors / freelancers
- Innovation & Efficiency
- Drive the adoption and effective utilization of new AI capabilities and tools
- Continuously evaluate current production processes. Recommend and implement improvements
- Stay current on industry best practices and technology trends, specifically in AI and production management
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned

What You'll Bring :
5+ years of experience in creative operations, traffic management, or production management, preferably within an in-house agency, financial services, or other highly regulated industryProven ability to manage creative resources and optimize workflowExpert-level knowledge of an enterprise-level project management system (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet)Demonstrated experience managing high-volume creative projects with a strong emphasis on speed and organizationProven ability to manage bottlenecks, timelines, and budgetsExperience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, including workflow development and process creationExperience or strong understanding of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and capabilities into a creative production workflow for efficiency gainsExceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Cloud workflow (including Frame.io) and GSuite tools is preferredFamiliarity with managing and sourcing creative assets from platforms such as Getty, Adobe Stock, and various music librariesExperience assisting with vendor relationships and external partner coordinationFamiliarity with basic contract terminology and licensing processes is a plusWhy You Should Join :

Compensation : Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below :
Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the roleMid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the roleHigher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the roleSome roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and / or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
Salary $90,000 - $150,000 Work Model OFFICE
