Were looking for an exceptional Sales Advisor who thrives in a high-touch, high-emotion sales environment. This isnt traditional RV salesthis is an opportunity to guide premium buyers through a once-in-a-lifetime decision that blends lifestyle, technology, and vision.
Your job is to understand their journey, earn their trust, and walk with them toward ownership of something truly different.
What Youll Do :
Represent Exodus at events, expos, and private demos with professionalism and passionNurture leads from inquiry to close, using a consultative, story-driven approachDeliver white-glove service to every prospectbefore, during, and after the saleEducate potential buyers on technical features, tow vehicle compatibility, and off-grid capabilityUse CRM tools to track conversations, follow up consistently, and prioritize leadsContribute feedback to marketing and product teams based on buyer insightsServe as an authentic brand ambassador both online and in the fieldYou Might Be a Fit If You :
Have 2+ years in luxury sales (vehicles, adventure gear, real estate, marine, etc.)Know how to sell through trust, story, and deep product understandingHave experience guiding 6-figure purchase decisionsAre genuinely passionate about the outdoors, overlanding, design, or self-reliant travelThrive in early-stage environments where your voice helps shape the processSpeak the language of high-performance products and can simplify complex topics for customersAre deeply responsive, organized, and naturally relationalNice to Have :
Prior experience with premium trailer, vanlife, EV, or off-road brandsHands-on knowledge of tow vehicles, solar systems, or electrical componentsExperience selling at Overland Expo, LA Auto Show, or similar lifestyle eventsComfort with video, webinars, or live demosFlexible work from home options available.
