What You'll Do :

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to increase transaction volume.

Manage every step from initial listing through final closing, ensuring efficient and seamless transactions.

Become a market authority – master the local landscape thoroughly, confidently addressing questions about properties, comparable homes, and community features.

What You Need :

Prior sales background is beneficial but not required.

Comfortable adopting new technology and digital tools.

Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

Self-directed with an ambitious drive.

Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.

An active Real Estate License is required.

Pay :

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Self-determined schedule

Weekend availability
