Roles and Responsibilities

• Management and development of new and existing customer accounts
• Process orders and follow up on all customer requests
• Quote, entry, and follow-up
• Promotion of new products and specials to customers
• Manage customer inquiries
• Communication and support of Outside Sales Representatives on quotes and customer feedback
