Job description2 years of experience in e ngineering Linux and Unix Systems Skilled in cloud technologies and cloud computing specifically migrating on-premise infrastructure to cloud environment Experience in other middleware / messaging products such as IBM MQ, SQS / SNS Bachelor degree or equivalent Experience in engineering SWIFT technologies and infrastructure Experience in Python Exposure to working in agile framework Experience using SharePoint, Confluence REST API development experience Skilled in supporting SWIFT products (Alliance Cloud, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform) and related components (HSM, Alliance Connect) Strong understanding of agile methodologies Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action Programming including coding, debugging, and using relevant programming languages Skilled in SWIFT products and services Skilled in using UNIX Skilled in SQL Skilled in Excel Experience using APIs for developing or programming software Skilled in XML Skilled in using REST API Experience in Python object-oriented programming Experience using JIRA

Our client is looking for a SWIFT Infrastructure Support – Cloud Infrastructure (Senior Associate) to join their dynamic technology team!
If you’re passionate about cloud technologies, Linux / Unix systems , and SWIFT infrastructure , this role offers the perfect blend of technical challenge and flexibility. You’ll design and support complex IT solutions, optimize platform performance, and help drive cloud transformation initiatives.
Location : Remote / Hybrid - Plano, TX or Reston, Va (if within 50 miles required to work in office)

- Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
- Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
