Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

This facility is seeking aPhysical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : Twice a month to start and then increase as weekly patient volume increases. 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch.

Practice Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Scope : Injections for Ortho Sport Injuries

Credentialing Timeframe : 2 Weeks

State Licensure : North Carolina

Requirements : Board Certified, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and use of Eclinical Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
