Primary
Responsibilities :
Supervise providers with respect to administrative functions
including productivity, patient satisfaction, professional
behavior, compliance with medical records and other administrative
duties.
Responsible for onboarding and
ongoing teaching and support for providers at assigned site
Liaison between OnDemand Medicine division
and OptumCare leadership and site providers.
Responsibilities include scheduling providers for entire site and
adjusting schedules as needed, reviewing timecards, filling open
shifts, as well as attending monthly leadership meetings
Oversee patient care services and be first
point of contact for patient feedback or any issues related to
policies and procedures.
Engage, assess,
diagnose, and treat patients presenting for care.
Using sound medical judgment, triage and
direct patients to alternative levels of care for presenting
problem and / or follow-up.
Use resources of
the site to engage providers and patients in addressing wellness
and gaps in preventive care, in accordance with evidence-based
practice and standards of care
Utilize
technology to thoroughly document visits and treatments in a timely
and comprehensive manner in accordance with OptumCare and
regulatory requirements.
Demonstrate and
reinforce value of On Demand Medicine services during each visit.
Maintain service level standards for
response, visit time, and patient satisfaction, as well as currency
with evidence-based practice standards
Provide clinical triage support to medical group patient services
team as needed, as well as staffing support to OptumCare / On Demand
Medicine team as needed.
Support and embrace

Position Highlights :
Providers work
primarily three 12-hour work weeks on-site in one of our urgent
care clinics, with some weekends, nights and holiday shifts
distributed evenly among the staff.

Required
Qualifications : Board
Certified MD or DO in related field of medicine with experience
treating all ages
Unrestricted DEA and state
license in NV or ability to obtain prior to employment
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in
an urgent care setting is ideal
Intermediate
level of proficiency in PC-based work, including basic Microsoft
Word and Outlook
Proficiency in EMR
Experience in a leadership or administrative
role preferred, but not required
The salary for this role is $222,500 to $376,500 annually based on
full time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but
not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In
