Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Staszak Physical Therapy & Wellness Center in Eugene, OR. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients. Day-to-day tasks include providing hands-on therapy, monitoring patient progress, implementing rehabilitation programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care skills
• Knowledge in Medicine and Home Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
• Experience in clinical settings is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification
