Key Responsibilities
Manage event logistics, Salesforce campaign setup, financial tracking, and reporting
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure event alignment with business goals
Track deliverables, manage budgets, and compile post-event recaps with key metrics and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Experience in supporting the planning and execution of corporate or government-focused events
Familiarity with budget tracking, vendor management, and accounts payable workflows
Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel for reporting and campaign tracking
Proven ability to work across internal departments and with external agencies
Detail-oriented with strong task management and prioritization skills
