California Licensed Speech Professor

A company is looking for a Visiting Professor for Speech.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that includes terminal course objectives

Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials, utilizing appropriate technology

Set clear course expectations, including objectives and evaluation criteria, while providing timely feedback to students

Required Qualifications :

A Master's degree in Speech, Rhetoric Communications, or Debate is required

Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are essential

Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse environment are required

Ability to work collegially and facilitate diverse group efforts is necessary
