• Weekend shifts from Friday 7am - Monday 7am, 1 - 2 weekends per month
• Light patient load : 0 - 3 patients per shift
• 0 - 2 admissions per shift
• 0 - 3 phone consults on average
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Hospital privileges not required
