Barista

Reports To: Concessions Manager/ Supervisor
Position Summary
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage items while delivering friendly, efficient, and professional guest service. This role supports a positive guest experience in fast-paced event environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages including beer
- Operate espresso machines, brewers, and POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee and service areas
- Restock coffee, syrups, milk, cups, and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and beverage quality standards
- Provide friendly, professional guest service
- Work efficiently as part of a team during peak service periods
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Food Handler Certification
- TABC
