Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Heavy Civil Project Manager / Estimator to join their team in Stockton, CA. This dual-role position requires a seasoned professional with proven experience managing and estimating heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for public and private sector projects.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Participate in pre-construction planning, value engineering, and risk assessment.
