The Director Environmental, Health & Safety (Director, EHS Global Engineering & Service) is responsible for providing leadership, guidance and support to Advanced Energys engineering and service locations globally ensuring that the company has the necessary culture, processes, systems, tools and resources to operate in a sustainable, safe and environmentally responsible manner. The Director, EHS leads the companys global EHS team supporting engineering and service locations, and works closely with leaders, in-country / local EHS professionals to drive continuous improvements in safety performance and the reinforcement of a positive and sustainable safety culture to collaborate and influence employees to comply with legal requirements, EHS policies and procedures and drive reduction in electrical risk. Position reports to the VP, Global EHS & Sustainability and is based in Fort Collins, Colorado as an in-office role.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
