Salary: $40 to $55 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiation Therapist to join our outpatient team in Lodi, CA. This position involves providing high-quality radiation therapy to patients in a supportive and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the oncologist.
• Prepare and position patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor patients during treatment and assess for any side effects or concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist in California.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
