The Role We are seeking a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Chandler, AZ. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. Key Responsibilities

Assist with installation, set-up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment.

Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.

Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.

Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Forklift certification within 90 days.

Basic mechanical aptitude.

Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures

Team player with a safety-first mindset.

Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus-HDPR fusion experience preferred.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!

Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
