Job description$18.74 per hour 3 days weekly 12-hour shifts (6 : 00 PM – 6 : 30 AM) Gain experience in long-term care and rehab environments Collaborate with skilled clinical teams Help patients regain independence and improve quality of life Education : High school diploma or equivalent Licensure : Active New Mexico CNA license and BLS certification Experience : Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred Technical Skills : Proficient in ADLs, monitoring vital signs, EHR documentation, and infection control Soft Skills : Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

About the Role :
GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM . In this per-diem role, you’ll help support patients' daily care and recovery through compassionate, hands-on service during overnight 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility)
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
- Support therapy and rehabilitation efforts
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record system
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver person-centered care
