The Bureau of Workforce Statistics and Economic Research (WSER), is a division within Client that plays a vital role in supporting economic and workforce development across the state. The mission of WSER is to produce, analyze, and deliver economic data to improve decision-making.

Contractor will assist WSER by providing the expertise necessary through IT Staff Augmentation Services for one Decision Support Administrator Advanced, in accordance with the tasks outlined below.

Minimally Required Deliverables / Tasks

General Characteristics

• Supports the user community in the use of business intelligence tools to query files and databases for report outputs.
• Assists customers in use of OLAP tools, extracts and collects data for performing queries and writing reports.
• Reviews queries for performance issues, making changes as needed.
• Participates in the design and development of reports, as well as creation of user documentation.
• Monitors customer usage, upgrades enterprise-wide OLAP query and reporting tools, monitors batch queries and ensures interoperability and security of various front-end components.
• Maintains meta data coordination and supports production system.
• Needed knowledge includes process and data modeling and data architectural development methodologies.
