About the Role :

As a Medical Technologist, you will play an essential role in supporting accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions. You'll work with a variety of lab instruments and methods to analyze blood, urine, body fluids, and tissue samples, applying critical thinking and scientific expertise in every step of the process.

Core Responsibilities :

• Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret results in context with patient history and clinical condition
• Report STAT and critical values promptly to appropriate care teams
• Conduct quality control and instrument maintenance procedures
• Troubleshoot technical and instrument-related issues
• Prepare reagents and manage inventory with cost-awareness
• Use laboratory information systems for test management and workflow optimization
• Teach students and lab rotation participants when needed
• Consistently meet all regulatory and accreditation standards
