Location : Saint Louis, Missouri

Job type : Contract

Salary : $56.09 - 61.09 per hour

Work hours : 8am to 5pm

Education : Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of applications and their supporting components.
• Serve as the primary Product Owner on an agile team—manage backlogs, define sprint strategies, and facilitate daily stand-ups.
• Lead strategic projects, including the creation of an internal Investment Policy Statement for managed accounts.
• Oversee integration with a new Proxy Voting platform, collaborating with external vendors and internal partners.
• Coordinate the migration to an updated Option Strategy order entry system and ensure a seamless transition.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to support high-priority work planned for 2026 and beyond.
• Identify and manage dependencies with internal and external third parties, including vendor engagement and intake submissions.
• Proactively recognize and communicate risks related to ongoing initiatives; propose solutions and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs.
• Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in financial services or technology environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate vendor relationships and drive results in a collaborative setting.
• Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and risk mitigation.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications : 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
