Location: We are seeking Premium Suite Attendants to join the Sodexo Live! team at the Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Job Overview:

The Premium Suite Attendant is responsible for ensuring positive guest experiences, providing a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring that assigned suites are clean, orderly and well attended to. The Suite Attendant must ensure that all food and beverage items are provided according to selected ala carte or buffet-style menus.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide a pleasant atmosphere for suite guests by ensuring that assigned suites are clean, orderly and well attended to.
• Ensure food and beverage items are provided according to selected ala carte or buffet-style menus.
• Stock and set up the suite prior to guests' arrival and provide the highest levels of service and personal attention throughout the game or event.
• When assisting customers, be courteous and professional in all interactions; Model Sodexo Live!
  standards for guest service.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, and menus.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively implement written and verbal instructions.
• Strong team orientation and ability to work with a variety of departments to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Ability to work well independently.
• Ability to work well in a high stress, fast paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.
• Scheduling flexibility to meet operational needs. Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
